What is airport Meet & Greet?
A pre-booked service where a personal greeter meets you at the airport and guides you through the agreed parts of your journey: arrival, departure or connection.
Do I need my flight number to book?
No. Choose your airport and travel date to send your enquiry. If you add your flight number, your greeter can follow delays on the day, so you can also send it to us later.
Is fast track included?
Not automatically. Fast-track lanes depend on the airport and the option booked. Anything included is stated in your written confirmation before payment.
What's the difference between guidance and fast track?
Guidance means your greeter walks you through the normal airport process. Fast track uses priority lanes at security or immigration where the airport offers them. Your quote states which applies.
Where will I meet my greeter?
Each airport has its own meeting point, shown when you select it. Your confirmation gives the exact spot and your greeter's mobile number.
How late can I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours before your flight. Last-minute requests are accepted when a greeter is available. WhatsApp us for the fastest answer.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation before you pay. Replace this answer with your own policy.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter their flight and name, and make sure they know a greeter will be waiting for them.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
When you give us your flight number, your greeter tracks delays on the day. If the flight number or date changes, tell us as soon as possible and we'll update your booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once you receive our written confirmation stating the service, date, airport, meeting point and price.
