Welcome to FlyVIP Concierge. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with FlyVIP Concierge, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms
1.1. FlyVIP Concierge provides meet and greet services, including arrival, departure, connection, and chauffeur services at major UK airports.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by FlyVIP Concierge.
1.3. FlyVIP Concierge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
2.2. A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by FlyVIP Concierge.
2.3. Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2.4. Payments can be made using major credit cards or other methods specified on our website.
2.5. For bookings made less than 6 hours before the scheduled service, an additional charge of £50 will be applied.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
3.2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
3.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.
3.4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Responsibilities of FlyVIP Concierge
4.1. FlyVIP Concierge will provide trained and professional staff to deliver the booked services.
4.2. We will make every effort to ensure the service runs smoothly and on time. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or airport security issues.
4.3. In the event of a delay, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible and make alternative arrangements if necessary.

5. Responsibilities of Clients
5.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including flight details and contact information.
5.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
5.3. Clients must inform FlyVIP Concierge immediately of any changes to their travel plans.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. FlyVIP Concierge will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. FlyVIP Concierge is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
7.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
